Options and Self-Advocacy
With an emphasis on academic preparation, course scheduling, and decision-making, our goal is to ensure students have options when they graduate from Headlands Prep. We provide academic guidance and support that assist each student to develop self-advocacy and confidence in learning, no matter the path they choose after graduation.
Families who take advantage of the services provided by our partners at The College Planning Center receive personalized guidance and support through the college search and application process with a comprehensive, four-year program.
The College Planning Center provides guidance to families to keep students on track during the high school years through education on the college admission environment, one-on-one advising, and workshops. The ‘TRACK IT!’ College Planning Curriculum uses a process that allows students to take ownership of their college plan and engages the family in the process.
